This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.
Please note that the Phoenix III HOA has approved a Waterproofing Project that will begin in early September 2025 with completion estimated for early March 2026. Guests may experience long periods of loud noise between 8am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The outdoor pool and kiddie pool will be closed during certain periods of this project, but the indoor heated pool will remain open for the duration of the project.
