The scope of work will encompass walkway, balcony, and concrete spalling repairs, among other tasks. During this period, certain areas of the building may be temporarily closed. Additionally, exterior painting will also be conducted. Please be aware that noise from jackhammering, drilling, and sawing is expected and unavoidable.
