Welcome to Barrier Dunes! This gated community is located in Cape San Blas, Florida next to St. Joseph State Park. Cape San Blas is located on the St. Joseph Peninsula on the Florida Panhandle in the Gulf of Mexico. Barrier Dunes sits near the furthest end of the developed part of the peninsula, making it a peaceful and noncrowded place to spend your vacation. The last seven miles of the Peninsula does not contain roads, just simply the beautiful beach and water! These townhouses sit secluded, away from any highrises, and offer a series of boardwalks, connecting them to some of the many amenities such as the community pools, fishing ponds, and tennis courts. The boardwalks also provide easy and convenient access to the beach.
